Diversity Tour (8 days & 7nights)
Warsaw - Krakow - Zakopane - Wroclaw

DAY 1:
Arrival in Warsaw; meeting with guide; journey from the airport to a hotel combined with city tour (0.5-1.0 hour); welcoming dinner in the Old City.

DAY 2:
4-hour tour of Warsaw; excursion to Lowicz for a visit to the Ethnographic Museum; opportunity to see a folk ensemble performance of "Lowicz Wedding" (advance booking); stop for lunch; visit to Zelazowa Wola, Chopin's birthplace, on return journey. Dinner; night at a concert or opera available.

DAY 3:
Warsaw - Czestochowa - Krakow; departure for Czêstochowa - visit to Pauline Monastery at Jasna Gora; journey to Krakow via "Eagles' Nests Trail" (Ogrodzieniec, Pieskowa Skala). Dinner and accommodation in a hotel in Krakow.

DAY 4:
Krakow, 4-hour tour of Krakow and Wawel Hill; lunch in the city centre; followed by free time or excursion to Wieliczka Salt Mine; dinner and concert of old (Renaissance) music.

DAY 5:
Krakow - Zakopane - Krakow; departure for Zakopane; sightseeing; mountain railway trip up Mt. Gubalowka; lunch in a regional restaurant; return to Krakow, dinner.

DAY 6:
Krakow - Auschwitz - Wadowice - Krakow; departure for Auschwitz; visit to the site of the former concentration camp; followed by departure for Wadowice (birthplace of Pope John Paul II), visit to an exhibition in the Pope's family home, lunch; return through Kalwaria Zebrzydowska (Observantine Franciscan Priory). Dinner in the hotel restaurant.

DAY 7:
Krakow - Wroclaw; Departure for Wroclaw; lunch en route; dinner and accommodation in a hotel.

DAY 8:
Wroclaw City sightseeing: Ostrow Tumski and "Panorama Raclawicka" exposition; lunch, end of the tour; departure (for Prague or Dresden).
